Today me and my roommates went to this fair thing Rose has wanted to go to forever. There was food trucks, a couple carnival games, and a big stage with a DJ and some performers. Their social media page also said there was going to be a hot air balloon but there was notš» They do it every Saturday, and there's always a theme. Today's theme was feria. (We missed American day because we were in Lisbonš») It was really cool!

You can't see in this picture, but a ton of people were dressed up for feria. A lot of the girls had the big flowers in their hair and had kind of feria core clothes, and then a decent amount of girls just went all out with the full feria fit. So many good looks. I think my favorite was this solid light blue one. It was just such a serve.
This was crazy.
Rose, Jisenia, and Alana did this game. Rose went first and popped a balloon on her first try, and then no one popped anything else.
We hung out there for a little while. We all got sangria, Alana and I got ice cream. We danced. They had a ton of tables so we never had trouble getting one, which is a major key alert.
Presidential alert: I made us salad for dinner. I love this salad. Let me put my readers on this actually. Take note guys. Airfried/sautƩed sliced brussel sprouts as a base, topped with feta, avocado, craisins, honey roasted pecans, tomatoes, garlic salt, and balsalmic vinegar. (And peppers if you're my mom but I'm not about that.) Also salmon if you're not vegetarian and tzatziki if you can find it (miss her). It is sooooo good. I make this all the time at home and I've given so many people this receipe. The salad got rave reviews again tonight.

I've always done this very Spanish thing where anytime I make anything, be it a PBJ or a frozen pizza or salad, I take a bite and say, "Wow, this is so good," "I went off, this slays," "I deserve a Michelin star," etc. I really earned it with this one though. And I'm in Spain so I'm actually not only permitted but required to say it. It's the law. I'm being culturally competent. Also Rose agrees.
